Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be in their original condition.
- Include original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper handling.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.

After reviewing the evidence, Flexgee may, at its sole discretion:

- Send a replacement item without requiring the original item to be returned.
- Issue a full or partial refund.
- Request additional information before making a decision.

 3. Standard Returns

If your return request cannot be verified through photos or videos, you may still return the item provided it meets the eligibility requirements listed above.

The returned item must be received in its original condition before a refund or exchange can be processed.

4. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

- 3–10 business days for processing after approval.
- Additional time depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

5. Exchanges

Flexgee may offer exchanges for eligible items when stock is available.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Items showing signs of wear or use.
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The item received is defective.
- The item received is damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
